Rabbit sand maker
Rabbit sand maker is a type of impact crusher and has a vertical crack. Inside the rabbit crusher is a hammer that crushes the stones when they collide with them and the inner wall. The output of this model is less than 15 mm and is often used for stones with dimensions between 0 and 6 mm. This sand maker produces between 15 and 20 tons of sand per hour.
Rabbit sand making can be considered as the second crushing process in which stones with a size of about 40 mm are inserted and finally exited with dimensions less than 0.6 mm. This process is interesting because the crushing operation is done by the same stones and no other tools and walls are used similar to the secondary crushers.
In this method, the rocks collide with each other very quickly, and finally the rabbit sand anvil, which is located next to the wall, collects the sand and turns it into an outlet.
